How do I confirm a request that came through the link?

The request shows in the diary as "Awaiting confirmation", on the day and at the time the client asked for.Open the request and choose the professional who takes it.Confirm. The time changes to "Confirmed" and, if the message is switched on, the client gets the confirmation.

How does a client ask for another time?

The client opens the page for their booking and taps to ask for another time.Only times that really fit the day of whoever takes it appear there.The request comes to you. If you approve, the time changes; if you decline, the old one stands and the client is told.

How do I block a time that repeats every week?

Create a block for the whole shop or for one person. It can take up the whole day.Choose whether it repeats every day, every week or every month, and until when.On a day it does not apply, use "Skip this day". The series carries on unchanged on the others.A "Personal" block shows in the diary but still lets people book. A "Blocked time" does not.

Can I see the diary on my phone?

On the integrations screen, create the subscription for the whole business, for one shop or for one person.Tap subscribe, or copy the address and paste it into the calendar you use.Choose whether clients' names are shown.The diary runs from three months back to a year ahead and updates every hour. On your phone it is for viewing only.
